*  Payment to be made as pre-payment or on the same day of the treatment.

   Should you required a specified receipt for the (friskvård) treatment, your name, address, phone, email and social security number

   should be provided to us.

*  All booking are binding and must be cancelled no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled treatment so the time reserved can be

   offered to another customer.

*  We disclaim under all circumstances, any responsibility for illness, injuries, unattainable results or the like in connection occured

   during the treatment at the same day.

*  The defintion of "personal data" is any kind of information realting to an identified or identifialbe individual. Your personal data is 

    collected when you complete and submit an offer inquiry, contact form, subscribe to our newsletter as well as email messages,

    when you download a report. We use details about your areas of interest or response to our campaigns to tailor our future

    commnucations to you.

*  The processing of your data is neccessary in order to fulfill the contract that you are registered as a party to in order to take

    measures at the order request before an agreeement is concluded. In such cases personal data is stored for up to 3 years.

    Personal data will be kept in accordance with what was stated above and otherwise only for a period which is suitable for its

    assigned and legal use. Information which is no longer necessary is deleted after a maximum of 2 years. if now otherwise required

    by law. Personal data which no longer needed will be disposed of in such a way that will ensure that its confidential nature is not

    jeopardised.

All our employees are contractually bound to follow our policy and procedures regrading secrecy, security and privacy equivalent to our own and which are in line with data protection legislation.
